Registration is handled by Zoom. After you register, Zoom sends a confirmation email with your unique join link and reminders before each Wednesday session.
How it works
Bring an AI problem you are stuck on, or bring what is already working for you. A few people get the hot seat each session and Marquetta works the problem live on screen.
Everyone else watches, asks questions in chat, and takes what applies to their own business.
Not a class. Not a lecture. Not a pitch. If you are working with AI in your business and you want a fast lane through the parts that are blocking you, this is the room.
Who runs it
Marquetta Bryant is an active real estate broker who built Fresh Vision Academy's brokerage training system with quizzes and progress tracking, the transaction management back office, full CRMs, and the AI agents that Fresh Vision uses in production.
What she teaches is what she uses. Brokerage-neutral.
Common questions
Is the Real Estate AI Hot Seat free?
Yes. The session is free and nothing is sold in the room. You register once through Zoom and receive a unique join link by email.
Do I have to be a Fresh Vision Realty agent to attend?
No. The Hot Seat is open to any licensed real estate agent, regardless of brokerage. Fresh Vision Academy is brokerage-neutral.
What happens in a hot seat session?
A few agents get the hot seat each week. Marquetta works your real AI problem live on screen. Everyone else watches, asks questions in chat, and takes what applies to their own business.
Do I need to know anything about AI already?
No. You need a real question you are stuck on, or a real project you are trying to move forward. Marquetta meets you where you are.
What if I cannot make the live session?
Register once and attend any week that fits. There are two live times each Wednesday, 1:00pm ET and 7:00pm ET. Sessions are not currently recorded for public replay so that the room stays open enough for agents to bring real problems.
Who runs it?
Marquetta Bryant. Active broker at Fresh Vision Realty and founder of Fresh Vision Academy. She built the brokerage training system, transaction management back office, CRMs, and AI agents that Fresh Vision uses in production. What she teaches is what she uses.
