Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fresh Vision Academy's website, experiences, and related services. Fresh Vision Academy, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a professional real estate education company providing training, tools, and resources for real estate agents, brokers, and mortgage professionals. By registering for an experience or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Fresh Vision Academy provides real estate education including live build cohorts, continuing education, licensing preparation, AI and technology training, and related resources for real estate agents, brokers, and mortgage professionals. Experience content, schedules, and formats are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.
2. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Fresh Vision Academy reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed enrollments.
3. Refund Policy
We stand behind our training. If you attend all sessions in a cohort and do not walk away with a working AI system deployed in your business, contact us within 7 days of the final session and we will make it right.
Outside of our satisfaction guarantee:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the cohort start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the cohort start date are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future cohort at our discretion.
- No refunds are issued for replay access add-ons or done-with-you build sessions once the session has been delivered or recordings have been sent.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, templates, and resources provided by Fresh Vision Academy are the intellectual property of Fresh Vision Academy, LLC. You may use these materials for your own personal business use. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.
AI systems, GPTs, Gemini Gems, and other tools shared during sessions are provided for personal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
5. Brokerage Neutrality
Fresh Vision Academy is brokerage-neutral. We do not recruit agents or promote brokerage transitions as part of our educational services. Enrollment in any Fresh Vision Academy experience does not constitute or imply a professional relationship with Fresh Vision Academy beyond the training engagement.
6. Code of Conduct
By enrolling, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully with instructors and other participants during live sessions
- Not record, share, or redistribute session recordings without written permission
- Use AI tools and techniques in compliance with applicable fair housing laws, real estate licensing laws, and platform terms of service
- Not use materials to build competing educational programs without written permission
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this code of conduct without refund.
7. Compliance Responsibility
Educational content provided by Fresh Vision Academy is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI tools, marketing materials, and business practices complies with applicable state and federal laws, your real estate license requirements, your brokerage's policies, and fair housing regulations. Fresh Vision Academy does not provide legal advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh Vision Academy and Fresh Vision Academy, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or materials. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific experience or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranty that content will result in any specific business outcome, revenue, or lead generation. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and consistent application of the material.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
12. SMS and Mobile Messaging
If you affirmatively opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Fresh Vision Academy, the following applies:
- Message frequency varies based on the program you opted into.
- Message and data rates may apply. Fresh Vision Academy is not responsible for carrier charges.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all Fresh Vision Academy SMS at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@freshvisionacademy.org.
- We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number with any third party for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
- Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
